Take care! Or the future will come after you!

Come to this semester's first "lunch session" on Friday 27 September, 12:00-13:00 in Theory Room 01 where futurologist Louise Fredbo-Nielsen from Future Navigator will talk about current trends that are crucial for entrepreneurs!
The employee culture is dead. In future, it will be more important in the labour market to have employability rather than employment. The key is to play your cards correctly. It's not about more, but about better: how do you measure the value of your work? What positive effect do you create for others? In the future, nobody will achieve success alone, so welcome to the new, constructive binding communities!
Do you want to base your life and your career on tomorrow's success criteria? Do you want to train new characteristics that will become more important in the future and become even better with others? Do you want to combine skill with passion and your job? Then you have the right attitude to launch yourself out into the wave of the future, without losing your Speedos!
The important thing is that in the future we must progress:
From profession to professionalism
From more to better
From salary conditions to employability
From ME to binding communities
From Human Resource to Human Potential

Future Navigator believes that we are currently swimming in a wave of change that should lead us to change strategy "from more to better." So if you want to learn to surf the wave, instead of having your Speedos pulled off when the big wave arrives, our goal is to future-proof the foundation you are standing on and check that you develop the right skills to create new meaningful concepts, solutions and products www.futurenavigator.dk.
As always, RUCinnovation will sponsor a free lunch. Thank you!
