Service Window for the IT systems on the third Tuesday of the month
RU's central IT department has recently introduced a service window for the IT systems on the third Tuesday of the month from 16:00 to 23:00. This means that some IT systems will be down during that time.
Service will be carried out on three systems on Tuesday 15 October:
The IDM system, i.e. change of passwords, editing of mailing lists, etc. will not work.
Expected downtime: 3-4 hours.
Moodle - RUC's e-learning system
Expected downtime: a few minutes
RUC's central disc system - this should not affect any of our systems, since it is set up in a redundant set-up.
Expected downtime: none
