If you forgot your password to your RUC login you can do one of the following:

1. You can make yourself a new password using NemID. Click here.

2. You can make yourself a new password by means of a text message, stating your civil registration number (CPR) or student number. However, this is only possible if your mobile number is already entered into our system. If not, you can contact us in person so we can register it. Click here to receive a new password.

3. You can also get a new password by personal application to the Helpdesk secretariat. You have to come in person, as we do not reveal passwords via email or telephone due to security reasons. Remember to bring a photo ID.
