Your password is personal and must not be shared with others. It is important that you use a secure password which meets the following conditions:

• Only the user should know his/her password.
• The password must not be written down unless the note is stored in a safe place (e.g. encrypted, in a safe box, etc.).
• The password should be changed at regular intervals and at least every 6 months.
• The password should be changed immediately, if there is a suspicion that it may have been compromised.
• The password should not be reused.
• The password must contain at least 6 and at most 8 characters.
• The password must consist of a combination of at least small letters, capitals, digits or special characters: !#%&(){}*+;%-/<=>?_
• The password should not contain words from your name.
• The password should not be a word that can be found in a dictionary.
