RUC's Helpdesk is located in building 30. Here you can collect your user name and password to RUC's IT systems or you can also get help, if you have problems using the systems, or if you forget your password. Stop by to get a folder describing how to get started with the different systems. 

The opening hours are:
Monday-Thursday: 9.00-12.30 and 13.00-15.00
Friday: 11.00-13.00
