Strange characters showing up in the newsletter

The code you are seeing (like ’) is the most modern form of Hyper Text Markup Language, which is used to construct our newsletters. It is not displaying properly because your e-mail or Web browser program is obsolete. Also, be sure that you have all Windows updates.

Most e-mail programs are free. That is also true of browsers. You can solve this problem by downloading and installing the latest versions.

Using old software is dangerous. There are many threats on the Internet that take advantage of flaws in obsolete programs. So you will be doing yourself a favor by updating to the latest software.
