Why do I not receive emails?
If you have problems receiving emails, this may be because you have no more space left in your account. You can see how much space you have available under Edit preferences. You can write to helpdesk@ruc.dk and request more space.
We recommend that you regularly tidy up in your Sent folder and delete emails with large attached documents.
The reason may also be that you have not configured e.g. Outlook or Thunderbird correctly to receive emails from RU’s server. Check that you have configured the mail programme correctly under Setting up your email.
If the problem concerns receipt of emails from your subject or department, the problem may be that you are not on the correct mailing list. In this case, contact helpdesk(at)ruc.dk.
