Finance, IT and Technical Services supports the RUC management in the overall financial- and facilities management, especially:
- Preparation of the external financial report and the budget
- Quarterly budget reportings and management information to the board and management
- Maintaining accounting routines
- Guidance and assistance in financial monitoring to departments at RUC
- Advice and controlling of projects
- Internal and external maintenance of buildings
- Service regarding cleaning, security, keycards, electricity, water and heat
- Purchasing, including e.g. EU procurement contracts, SKI/FM, and supplier contracts
