General conditions for participation in RUC Career Fair 2014
§ 1 The purpose of RUC's Career Fair 2014 is to bring students / graduates and companies / organizations together.
§ 2 It costs DKK 1,500 excl. VAT for companies to participate at RUC Career Fair the 2014th.
§ 3 Sign up for RUC Career Fair 2014 takes place via electronic payment.
§ 4 All communication between the participant and Roskilde University (RUC) are considered to be confidential and must be treated accordingly.
§ 5 All booths must be manned at 12:00-16:00 pm. Buying and selling of goods, etc. is not allowed.
§ 6 Parking must take place in the designated parking areas. People who park illegally can expect to get a parking ticket.
Invalid trucks can get at parking permit in the center area. Please direct questions to Tina Hansen in building 30A.2, tel +45 4674 2113.
§ 7 RUC Career Fair 2014 calls for the best og behaviour between the participants.
§ 8 Cancellation: RUC reserves the right to charge a 'no show'-time fee of 1.000 DKK from registered companies that do not show up at the career fair. The fee covers the costs related to RUC Career Fair the 2014.
Note! To avoid the 'no show'-fee, please unregistrate by sending an email no later than Thursday 30 January 2014 12:00 pm. to karrieremesse(at)ruc.dk.
§ 9 Each stand has a café-table and two chairs. There is a floor area of approx. 6 m2 available in which table and chairs are placed.
§ 10 Participants holds all responsibility in connection with their exhibits at the fair. RUC disclaims all liability for the participating company's presentation, materials and other effects. Compensation should be carried out through the participants' own insurances. This applies regardless of whether the material has been transported by RUC.
§ 11 Installation and dismantling of the stand are made by the participant's own employees.
§ 12 Participants are at all times obliged to comply with any guidelines issued by the employees from RUC present at RUC Career Fair 2014.
§ 13 Fireproof materials: All materials must be approved in accordance with regulations issued by the fire authorities. Documentation is mandatory and should be carried during the fair and displayed, if this is necessary.
§ 14 Internet and power (230 V/10A) at RUC Career Fair 2014 is provided by RUC.
§ 15 This registration can be requested abolished by RUC due to force majeure or a departmental / regional / municipal ban on the organizing of the event, or a serious traffic stop for example. Icy weather, road blocking etc. that makes it impossible to carry out RUC Career Fair 2014.
