Organization of the Secretariat at CUID
The secretariat at CUID consists of the Department Secretariat and Administration Offices for the Bachelor and Master’s Programmes.
The Department Secretariat is responsible for holiday and absentee registration, wages, travel accounts, purchases, economy, allocation, initial processing of exam complaints, project management, Ph.D.-administration and IT-support.
The Administration Office for Master’s Programmes handles tasks for the Study Boards including semester planning, distribution of supervisors, application for credit transfer, dispensation and admission, planning and execution of oral and written exams, accept projects and written presentations and administers master’s theses for all the department’s programmes.
The Administration Office for the Bachelor Programmes handles tasks for the Study Board and study administrative tasks for the Humanistic Bachelor Programme and the International Humanistic Bachelor Programme.
