You can come by the office in the office hours without an appointment. If you are not able to come by in the office hours, you can make an appointment by e-mail.

Emails will be answered as soon as possible, but you may expect up to 7 days response time.

The student counsellor Allan Jakobsen can help you before and during your time as student on the masterprogrammes Geography, Environmental Biology, Environmental Risk and TekSam - environmental planning.

Allan can guide you within various things:

• Guide future students about the contens of the programmes and terms.
• Offer feedback in choise of program and combination.
• Guide you when planning your future study and offer feedback when choosing a career path.
• Offer an individual and confidential interview about doubts in studies, group problems, satisfaction in the study, class and exam experiences, problems in study or problems in you daily life, etc. 
• Guide external applicants about applications procedures and the motivated application.
• Guide about study programmes, rules and procedures.
• Refer to applicable authorities at Roskilde University in connection with State education grant, leave, university exchange programmes, etc.
