You apply for a supervisor in the beginning of the semester, as the rest of the students at the program in the introduction period. In that way the study board can make sure to set priorities with the wishes of the thesis students for supervisors.

Within the 15^th of March in the spring semester, and the 15^th of October in the autumn semester, you need to fill in the thesis contract you can download below. If you choose to not do that, you will not be considered as an active thesis student, and your supervisor will be taken away again.

You could also apply for supervisor and fill in a thesis contract during the rest of the year, but then you cannot expect to get the supervisor you wish.

The thesis contract is to be handed in to the secretary of the study board.
