Adobe Connect for free online meetings
All employees and students can freely use Adobe Connect for all types of online meetings. This applies to collaborative meetings, guidance meetings, tuition, presentations, support, conferences, interviews, etc.
Adobe Connect enables everyone in the meeting to see and hear each other, to write to one another, to edit in the same document, to show and share documents and desktops, to draw and write on a shared blackboard, to record and edit meetings and so on. In other words Skype in a very advanced version.
If you need help and guidance in getting started with online meetings, both Campus-IT and The Danish Research Network (Forskningsnettet) can be of assistance. This also includes an introduction to Adobe Connect and advice on how best to utilise it.
You can also start up independently by logging in and setting up your first meeting. In this way you will automatically have access to the system. You can follow the instructions here: http://www.forskningsnettet.dk/en/connect_start.
Contact Campus-IT or The Danish Research Network if you have questions concerning online meetings and Adobe Connect.
