SurveyXact
SurveyXact is a program for creating questionnaires accessible for all employees and students. With advantage it can be used for course evaluations or gathering of data in connection with the project work. Other applications can be employee surveys, workplace assessments, attitude surveys, product tests or homepage and usability tests.
The analytical part provides different types of analysis such as cross tabulation and frequency analyses. There are several viewing settings available including bar and pie charts, and it is possible to export data to Excel and SPSS.
With SurveyXact you can reach your respondents in various ways: you can email a link to a web page, where the respondents can enter their response, you you can place a link online that the respondent will have to activate in order to complete the questionnaire or you can print out the questionnaire and hand it out or send it by regular mail.
SurveyXact is incredibly easy to use and there is a link to a Danish user guide on every page. The biggest task when completing a survey consists in phrasing the questions so that the responses cover the analytical need.
