If you are a Roskilde University staff member (full or part-time position), participation is free of charge. However, your head of department is charged DKK 3,000 for absence without cause. For late cancellation (five workdays prior to the first seminar), your head of department will be charged DKK 1,500 except in the case of illness or extraordinary circumstances.

For external participants each course is priced, cf course description. The full amount is paid no later than 10 workdays prior to the first seminar. If you cancel no later that 5 workdays prior to the first seminar, 50 percent of the course fee is reimbursed.

Should you want a course certificate on termination, you are required to participate actively in at least 80 percent of the course lessons.
