Prior to registration for Roskilde University Staff
Each staff member must ensure the consent of course participation by his/her head of department prior to registration.
Registration is binding.
If you are a Roskilde University staff member (full or part-time position), participation is free of charge. However, your head of department is charged DKK 3,000 for absence without cause. For late cancellation (five workdays prior to the first seminar), your head of department will be charged DKK 1,500 except in the case of illness or extraordinary circumstances.
Note that absence and late cancellation may influence the course negatively as each course is developed to utilise the participant’s professional profile or job description.
It is our aim to create as effective and well-prepared courses as possible to meet the busy workday of the participants and ensure good participant dynamics and exchange of experience. This is only possible if we can count on your registration. We would like to keep our courses free of charge.
A course certificate will be issued following 80 percent participation.
