- Communication and Interaction in University Teaching

The course will introduce a number of specific teaching tools used to develop professional communication skills, stimulate engagement and create dynamic teaching methods. By organizing the academic presentations in ways that match the students, the teacher is able to better support them in their learning process, thus making it easier for them to understand the curriculum content, its relevance and its applicability.

In this course, we will introduce a number of teaching tools useful for planning student-centred teaching showing how to create the best possible learning environment for the students via structure, content and other teaching tools. By combining presentation with interaction and dialogue based activities one can enhance the student learning even further. Experience shows that these types of activities motivate and activate the students thereby heightening their academic success. The exercises and tools can be used both in lectures and in smaller groups.
