September 15 for admission to the February entry (spring semester)

How to submit your application:

1. Fill in and print the application form for admission to the February 2014 entry. You may apply for up to two programmes and it is important that you prioritize your selections. Any additional applications will not be processed.
2. Sign the application form and send it before September 15, 2013 along with the required documentation to:

3. All applications for admission to the February 2014 entry must be sent before September 15, 2013, in order to be taken into consideration, i.e. the postmark must be September 14 or earlier.    
4. The application form and all the required enclosures should be sent in two identical copies (only originals or certified copies).
5. Non-EU/EEA citizens are required to pay an application fee in order to have their application processed, although certain exemptions apply. Please read the information regarding the application fee before applying.
6. Non-EU/EEA citizens should also read the information regarding tuition fees and residence permit before applying.

Response to your application:

1. When the university receives your application, the Admissions Office will send you a confirmation of receipt by post. Please note that it may take up to three weeks before you receive the confirmation.
2. It is important that you make sure that you have enclosed all the required documentation. If any necessary documents are missing, the Admissions Office will contact you so that your application can be complete for review. Please note that it is your responsibility that all documents are submitted, and the university reserves the right to refuse incomplete applications.
3. After an assessment at the relevant academic department/departments, letters of admission and rejection will be issued by the Admissions Office. The letters will be sent by post late November 2013.
