Admission and Requirements for the International Bachelor of Arts Programme
The Admission Requirements for the International Bachelor of Arts Programme consist of general academic entry requirements and certain specific requirements.
General Requirements
You can apply for the International Bachelor Programmes on the basis of a Danish entrance examination, or on the basis of qualifications recognised as similar to a Danish entrance examination. Non-Danish students apply for admission to the University on the same terms as Danish students.
Specific Requirements
In addition to the general academic entry requirements, certain specific requirements have to be met for the International Bachelor of Arts Programme. The specific requirements are:
English at Danish B-level, History, History of Ideas or Contemporary History at Danish B-level and one additional language from the following list: German or French at Danish B-level if the language is at advanced level or Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Latin, Russian, Spanish or Turkish at Danish A-level if the language is at beginner's level. Documentation of levels and grades obtained within these subjects during upper secondary education must be included in the application.

Admission for applicants who hold a Danish entrance examination
The Danish entrance examinations are:
- The Upper Secondary School-Leaving Examination (Studentereksamen)
- The Higher Preparatory Examination (HF)
- The Higher Commercial Examination (HHX)
- The Higher Technical Examination (HTX)
Admission for applicants who do not hold a Danish entrance examination

Non-Danish citizens who do not have a Danish entrance examination are eligible for admission if they have qualifications recognised as being comparable to Danish entrance qualifications.
