Admission requirements to Global Studies
The Bachelor programme
You completed the Basic study at RU:
Students from all Basic studies at RU may be accepted under the following conditions:
You should have participated in the following special course at the Basic study:
- Special course in International Studies
Students of the Humanistic and the Scientific Basic studies are recommended to follow a normal conditional course offered at the Basic studies of Social Studies.
You did not complete the Basic study at RU:
Students who did not complete their basic study at RUC may be accepted after individual assessment.
The Master programme
You completed your Bachelor's degree at RU:
If your Bachelor's degree is with Global Studies as one of the subjects you may continue directly at the combined Master programme with Global Studies. You may also choose the one-subject Master programme at Global Studies.
The following subject gives access to the one-subject Master programme at Global Studies:
Two-subjects Bachelor's degree with:
- Global studies
- International Development Studies
- EU-Studies
- Public Administration
- Social Science
One-subject Bachelor's degree with:
- Public Administration
- EU-Studies
- Social Science
If you have another relevant Bachelor's degree, you may be accepted after an individual assessment and maybe a supplementation (at RU called Prerequisite).
