Project and master thesis project

During the master study programme you have to carry out 30 ECTS project work in Molecular Biology. This can either be an ordinary project taking place some time during the first 1½ year of your master studies, or it can be a single subject master thesis project that completes your study. Finally it can be a 60 ECTS integrated master thesis project that combines both of your study subjects, e.g. Molecular Biology and Chemistry, or Molecular and Environmental Biology, and is carried out during the entire last year of the master studies.
