The objective of module 3 is to provide the student with insight into the practices of leadership, organising and management of social entrepreneurial organisations, and into methods and analytical frames that allow emirical analysis within social entrepreneurial organisations. The module introduces theories of leadership and organising, and students are expected to critically analyse and discuss empirical data through applying relevant analytical frames. The module further introduces concepts of business plans and resource analysis relevant for social entrepreneurship and enterprise.

The module encompasses a theory course ( Theories of Leadership and Organising in Social Entrepreneurial Organisations; 5 ECTS), a seminar course (Seminar in Contemporary Leadership and Organising in Social Entrepreneurial Organisations; 5 ECTS), a methodological course (Business Plan and Ressource Analysis; 5 ECTS) and a project (Project; 15 ECTS).
