ALIV-RUC-NET is a competency-developing network of graduates from Roskilde University, who professionally deal with the development of professional and occupational health.

The network is composed of working life and health researchers from RU as an attempt to create rewarding relationships between practice and theory in the field.

We plan and conduct our seminars in modern meeting forms. The focus is on active involvement and dynamic interaction between all participants.

Competence development is based on research with emphasis on professionalism, reflection and contemplation.

As a new initiative from 2009 we go further by establishing research and development projects with the participation of practitioners and researchers in the network.
