Collaborative Innovation In the Public Sector
The CLIPS project has it's own website. Here you can find more information about the project:
CLIPS is an abbreviation of 'Collaborative Innovation In the Public Sector'. This refers to the creation and implementation of new knowledge and creative ideas generated through mutual learning derived from interaction between users, professionals, public administrators, politicians, consultants, interest groups and private companies.
CLIPS will during the following four years identify both driving forces and barriers to collaborative innovation and develop methods for organising and managing collaborative innovation. The over-all goal is to promote and advance innovation in the public sector and foster new public policies as well as to shed light on the significance of institutional design and management of innovative processes. The focus will be on the following issues:
- Urban and rural development
- Safety and security in the public space
- Healthy living
- Education
