How to subscribe to the network’s e-mail list

Please read the instructions below carefully – you will be writing to an extremely pedantic machine!

To subscribe:

send from the address you want to be subscribed an e-mail to the address

sympa@sympa.ruc.dk

with the following command written in the subject field:

subscribe indianocean@sympa.ruc.dk

To unsubscribe:

send from the address you want to be unsubscribed an e-mail to the address

sympa@sympa.ruc.dk

with the following command written in the subject field:

unsubscribe indianocean@sympa.ruc.dk

It does not matter if something happens to be written in the text field - e. g. an auto-signature

To send mail to the list

Send the message you want to circulate to the list to the address indianocean@ruc.dk
