Public Service delivered in the DR Congo:
a case of hybrid governance?
Monday, 3 December 2012, we are organizing the first in a series of events on hybrid governance in post-conflict Africa. Our invited guest is Tom de Herdt, Professor at the Institute of Development Policy and Management at the University of Antwerpen. He will give a talk entitled:
Public service delivery in the DR Congo: a case of hybrid governance?
His talk will be followed by remarks by Finn Stepputat, senior researcher at DIIS and a general discussion.
This workshop is funded by the Development and Globalisation research group and will take place at LUNCH TIME (12.15-13.30) in building 25.3, Roskilde University.
